Dr. Halegoua attended medical school at MCP-Hahnemann University in Philadelphia, graduating in 2001. He completed his pediatric residency at Schneider Children’s Hospital in 2004, and has since been a practicing Pediatrician in Suffolk County. Dr. Halegoua is Board Certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. He cares for newborns and inpatients at St. Charles Hospital in Port Jefferson as well as Stony Brook University Medical Center where he is an Assistant Professor. Dr. Halegoua has also earned a PhD in Pathology for his work on the genetic regulation underlying immune responses to retroviral infections, and is nearing completion of an MBA in Finance at Hofstra University.

Dr. Nastasi graduated from New York College of Osteopathic Medicine in Old Westbury in 2000 with Honors. She completed her residency in pediatrics at Winthrop Hospital in Mineola in 2003, and has since been a practicing Pediatrician in Suffolk County. Dr. Nastasi is Board Certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She cares for newborns and inpatients at both St. Charles Hospital in Port Jefferson and Stony Brook University Medical Center where she is an Assistant Professor.
